The rooms here are a good size, air conditioned, and have clean bathrooms.

The room was decent sized with 2 double beds, the Mercure style, minibar, the staff were very very helpful, did everything. The offered breakfast was absolutely fantastic and GREAT and included a wide array of options. The a car park was on site, great service.

Room very clean and welcoming with all the modern facilities. Excellent value for the money and the staff were fantastic as were the breakfasts. The hotel is also on a bus route and very easy to get to train stations

TV could do with being more modern and the films to purchase were a bit old and outdated

Great way to end our business trip. Budget hotel with competent staff at the reception desk. Lots of great breakfast items to choose from. Only 10 minutes walk from Hagenbecks Tierpark tube station. Rewritten: Our business trip ended on a high note thanks to the Park Hotel Hamburg Arena. the budget hotel boasts competent reception staff and offers a variety of delicious breakfast options. its convenient location just a 10-minute walk from Hagenbecks Tierpark tube station was a major plus.

The staff were courteous and helpful. They speak English well and this helps in getting correct information. The hotel had the right brochures readily available for touring the city. The breakfast was affordable and had a good selection. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

I had a really nice stay with my husband. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts were just delicious! (No chance to try other meals though...). I'm sure that if we need to stay near Imtech Arena next time, we will definitely choose Mercure again.

Well... The only thing that I didn't like was the matterace on the bed :) It was too soft to feel completely comfortable... But overally wasn't that bad :)

The size of the room was good and the decoration made the room feel warm. The service of the front desk was realy good.

The shower head was broken. The bed was split in 2 unit's. For a couple who like to sleep next to eachother it was not realy handy. An interlocking system between the two beds would have been great

High quality at the price. Very service minded staff. Good and clean rooms. Absolutly a very nice stay. We will surely use Mercure Hotel Hamburg Arena again. It's perfect for concerts, shopping or just a weekend stay. Paid parking facility .

We stayed two nights here, the hotel is in an excellent location and very close to a bus stop. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and they all spoke enough English to answer our questions. The room we had was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Tea & coffee were provided and tv with Sky. The ensuite bathroom was a good size, the shower worked well and the loo was clean. Toilettries and hairdryer were also provided. We did not eat in the restaurant but did have brakfast on the last day which had an excellent selection of hot and cold meats, yoghurts/fromage frais, cheese, fruits, eggs, cereals, meusli and drinks.

We were in a family room as we have a toddler,who is going through the climb & try everything stage; our only issue was that the windows opened fully and there was no way to lock them. There was a warning that this was possible and to keep an eye on small chilren. We were on the second floor and our toddler was able to climb easily onto the window sill so we had to be extra super vigilent. I think the windows should be lockable or at the very minimum have limited opening in the family rooms.
